Founder, CEO, Master Injector & Accredited Trainer

Jamie has dedicated the past 5 years to the pursuit of teaching excellence in aesthetics all over Arizona and Texas. She began her 15 year medical career in surgical equipment & medical device sales and education to surgeons and staff in hospitals, biomed departments and surgery centers. She also served  as an  Aesthetics Med Spa Corporate Practice Manager for 5 years throughout Arizona before embarking on her own Aesthetics business.

Jamie started her aesthetics career as a passion project to empower women to look and feel their best. As she learned and gained experience in the developing field of aesthetics, Jamie began to see a demand for up-to-date, high quality education. Jamie's goal is not only delivering extensive hands-on training but that each one of her students feel comfortable and confident performing aesthetic injections for their own patients at the completion of class.

Kennedy an avid college volleyball athlete is a graduate from Stephen F. Austin University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. She's currently enrolled in her final year of nursing school to earn her Bachelors in Nursing. Upon graduation from St. Thomas University as a BSN, Kennedy will offer traditional in clinic aesthetics procedures at our Houston clinic as well as assist with our academy training courses.

Her passion and dedication for the aesthetics industry started in her early teens, as her mom Jamie Wright embarked on her career and business ownership in aesthetics.

Kennedy is dedicated to Ageless Aesthetics Academy and ensuring our academy and model program runs efficiently. We look forward to a bright future with Kennedy becoming a Nurse Injector and Trainer in our clinic next year.

Medical Director

Dr. Jon Snipes has been a double board-certified physician for over 15 years and holds medical license in all 50 states. He has served as the Medical Director for a number of clinics offering Botox and Dermal Fillers, IV Therapy, Medical Weight Loss, Cosmetic Laser and Hormone/Peptide therapies and is highly trained in Aesthetics.

Dr. Snipes takes pride in providing and overseeing quality care in a compassionate, responsible and individualized manner.

Dr. Snipes pursued his undergraduate studies at Clemson University before embarking on his medical education at the prestigious Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC. Remaining at MUSC, he completed his psychiatry residency and distinguished himself as the chief resident in his final year.
